The Alwyne is a charming boozer, only a stones-throw from Highbury & Islington tube and the north end of Upper Street. There’s a monster beer garden out the front, ideal for al fresco funk but, if the weather does turn smelly, we can play inside The Alwyne’s conservatory.

They’ve also got 22 draught beers and ciders, a large wine list and a full menu, plus there’s an all-day barbecue and an outside bar. And, we’re in safe hands, as the The Alwyne is now under the stewardship of long-serving :{UA}: devotee, Rory.
