:{SIX MONTHS LATER…}:
Following our monster mash-up Halloween party :{LITTLE THRILL}: we’re back once again with the ill behaviour to bring you a massive May Day Bank Holiday bonanza, :{LITTLE ILL}: Unplanned Afternoons is collaborating with several promoters to prescribe a Doctors and Nurses party so surgically unsound, the General Medical Council will be quaking in their scrubs. This is no accident, it is an emergency - we want medical, surgical, in-patients, out-patients, matrons, midwives, neurology, urology, psychiatrics, anesthetics, obstetrics, gynaecol… everything.

:{SPECIAL GUEST SONIC SURGEONS}:

MICHAEL MORPH:
www.myspace.com/michaelmorph
We’re indecently excited to welcome this DJ and producer, with recent releases on Pure Mint, Sound Of Spectrum and Cubic. He’s also a highly experienced proctologist and renowned for his warm hands. His very fat indeed new single, ‘The Crowd C’est Beau’, has been remixed by LongRange (Phil Hartnoll from Orbital) and Aquasky:

JULIAN COALESCE:
We’re also thrilled to the bits to welcome the legendary Julian4play, aka Julian Coalesce. Back in the day, the Coalesce parties wrote the book on high quality, underground musical madness and Julian was at the centre of the maelstrom. Resident DJ at the splendid Rude Not 2 parties in Brixton, Julian’s music is hard to label; a sense of freestyle dance constantly being pushed to new and astounding levels by a highly experienced and fearsomely talented DJ.

In addition, we’ve got EIGHT DJs from Pigeonhold, Unplanned Afternoons, Passion and more, playing a mentally unstable mixture of music, which probably ought to be sectioned. Starting with 60s and 70s rock and pop, Motown, 80s pop trash and indie, moving through house, breaks, electro, funk, disco and ending up in a straight-jacket. Anything to get you off the gurney and dancing, waving your bed pans in the air like you just don’t care.

The exact location will be revealed nearer the time, but we’ve been diligently searching for a great warehouse venue and have found one of the finest north London can offer. There will be not one, but TWO rooms of tunes, an unnecessarily huge, £20,000 turbo sound system, a fully functioning bar, visuals, projections, cloakroom, medical check-ups from our friendly staff and cab numbers to ensure you all return to your wards safely (although you won’t make it back before lights out). No restrictions - smoke where you like, dance where you like, do what you like. Rather conveniently, there’s a public holiday on Monday 5th, so you won’t need to consider calling in ’sick’ on the Monday, due to an overdose of fun. And, for those that know Nikki ‘Dr’ Wood, it also happens to be her birthday weekend, so come and help her celebrate her *cough* 26th birthday (once again). Dr Wood will also be making her DJing debut with Nurse Borrett and partying in her own inimitable style. And, yes, this involves glowsticks. Big, throbbing ones, with their own pulse. Oooooh, Matron!

So, if you’d kindly step behind the screen and take your clothes off, we’ll be right with you. Don’t worry, we’re trained Doctors and licensed to ill.
